Cris Cab was raised between Miami and the Bahamas - two places that continue to shape the foundation of his sound. His music reflects that duality: rhythmic, culturally layered, and informed by a deep connection to reggae, pop, and Latin influences.
From early on, Cab approached music with curiosity and immersion, drawing from the environments around him and developing a style that feels both global and distinctly his own. As a multi-instrumentalist, his work is rooted not just in genre-blending but in a genuine understanding of the cultures that influence it.
Early in his career, Cab was mentored by Pharrell Williams - a relationship that helped shape both his sound and his perspective as an artist. Collaborations with artists like J Balvin, Wyclef Jean, Big Sean, and Farruko followed, along with international success from his breakout single “Liar Liar,” which charted across Europe and introduced him to a global audience. Years of touring, recording, and collaboration took him across the world - sharing stages with artists like Ariana Grande, Sam Smith, and Ellie Goulding - building a career defined by movement and evolution.
